On September 26, 2015 Her Excellency Mrs. Guro Katharina H. Vikør, ambassador of Kingdom of Norway to Bulgaria, visited the Regional museum of history in Gabrovo in connection with the implementation of the project “Contemporary approaches to research, presentation and access to the literary heritage of Gabrovo Province”, funded by Programme BG08 “Cultural heritage and contemporary arts”, Grant Agreement #24-10 M2-4 from 05/22/2015. Here she met with Mrs. Nela Rachevitz, the Deputy Mayor of Gabrovo and part of the project management team: Rosen Yosifov (project manager), Krasimira Cholakova (director of the Regional museum of history in Gabrovo), Savina Tsoneva (director of the “Aprilov-Palauzov“ Regional library), coordinators, and Dafinka Duneva (accountant). The ambassador of Norway was briefed on the project activities and examined the room for the digital centre and the delivered special archive bookcases for storage of funds of manuscripts and early printed books. Her Excellency Mrs. Vikør expressed her satisfaction with the project progress and wished to visit RHM of Gabrovo and “Aprilov-Palauzov” Regional Library again.
